Hi, I'm Leeza.

I started The MNTL Game because I really love coaching.

The people keep me here.

Training has always been a huge part of my life, but what keeps me here is the people. I'm fascinated by the process of helping you understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's actually standing in the way.

Before CrossFit, I spent about ten years in gymnastics. I still love learning new skills: the messy first attempts, the small adjustments, and the moment something finally clicks. That curiosity comes with me into coaching. I want to understand what a movement asks of you and help you build it piece by piece.

Sport has been one of the clearest ways I've gotten to know myself. It shows me what I do when I'm frustrated, what I avoid, what I keep coming back to, and how much can change when I stay with something long enough. I love getting to be part of that process for other people, too.

I approach coaching with curiosity, honesty, and structure. I care about performance, but I care just as much about the person behind it. Better training can create a stronger, more intentional life. I've seen that in my own experience and with the athletes I coach.

I'm a competitive CrossFit athlete, coach, and programmer with a background in psychology from UCLA. That background shapes how I think about behavior, motivation, and what helps people sustain progress. The MNTL Game is where I get to bring all of that together.

The goal isn't to make you more like me. It's to understand you well enough to help you become more fully yourself.
